Science Fair The Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School will host its 18th annual science and engineering fair on Friday, Feb. 10 and Saturday, Feb. 11 at the high school cafeteria and library.

More than 100 students will present investigative and engineering projects, and junior and senior physics students will vie in the a wind turbine competition that tests design and electric output.

Judging will take place Friday afternoon, with 35 judges including scientists and engineers from the Island and off-Island. The fair will be open to the public on Feb. 11 from 10 to 11 a.m., and the awards presentation takes place at 11 a.m.

The fair is organized by science teacher Jackie Hermann.
