Caitlin Foote and Cristian Lopez of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Mina Elizabeth Lopez Foote, born Feb. 6 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Mina weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces at birth.
