Candida Martins and Bruno Oliveira of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a daughter, Alice Henriques De Oliveira, born Feb. 18 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Alice weighed 7 pounds, 7.5 ounces at birth.
