Sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Wendy Ann Jones de Geofroy who passed away on Feb. 15 at Tobey Hospital in Wareham. Wendy was a dear friend and a fellow genealogist. She was driven by her desire to find her maternal birth grandparents. In the process, she formed Open Circle, an adoption search and support group with weekly meetings at her Chilmark home. Over the years she reunited many families, birth parents, adoptees, and adoptive parents with their loved ones. She will be greatly missed, especially by her sons Maury, Alexander and Andrew.
