State Rep. Dylan Fernandes will give a legislative update on Tuesday, Feb. 28 at 5:30 p.m. at the Howes House in West Tisbury.

Mr. Fernandes will be on hand for an hour-long information conversation about what is happening at the State House and how it affects the Vineyard.

The Howes House is located 1042 State Road, next to the West Tisbury library.
