Sydney and Jeffrey LaBell of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Lark Elizabeth LaBell, born March 20 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Lark weighed 6 pounds, 2.5 ounces at birth. She joins big sister Leya at home.
