Michael Frederick Hill of Oak Bluffs graduated cum laude from The University of Rhode Island on Saturday, May 29 with a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of the Environment and Life Sciences. Michael was a 2013 graduate of Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School.
