On Sunday June 4, the Rev. Dr. Jim Antal will be the guest preacher at the First Congregational Church of West Tisbury. Reverend Antal’s sermon is titled Defiant Hope — Christian Witness in a time of Climate Crisis. The service begins at 10 a.m.

Reverend Antal has led churches of all sizes in Massachusetts and Ohio as well as leading two national peace organizations, teaching and serving as a chaplain. He is a graduate of Princeton University, Yale Divinity School and Andover Newton Theological School. His lifelong work on peace and justice now focuses on climate change.
