Zach Lee of Chilmark won the single-handed race from Newport to Bermuda on his sailing vessel Yankee Girl.

This was Zach’s second Bermuda race; he won his double-handed class last year.

He is soon sailing back to Newport double-handed with Vineyard sailor Leif Counter of Vineyard Haven.

Zach began his sailing career on Menemsha Pond, sailing in several different types of sailboats over the years. During his freshman year at Harvard he was captain of the sailing team.
