Vineyard tennis players Kat Roberts, Victoria Scott and Lizzie Williamson have been named to the Boston Globe’s 2017 girls tennis all scholastic team.
Coach Nina Bramhall, who led the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School team to its third consecutive division three state championship, was named division three coach of the year.
Roberts had a 20-1 record at first singles, reaching the semi-finals of the south sectional championship. Scott and Williamson have a two-year record of 50-0 at first doubles and won their second straight state individual doubles championship this year.
Roberts, Scott, Williamson, and second singles teammate Kelly Klaren were also named Eastern Athletic Conference All-Stars.
The girls tennis team has a three-year record of 65-1. The girls train at Vineyard Youth Tennis in the off-season.
