Suziane and Leandro DaSilva of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Lydia Nobre DaSilva, born Oct. 25 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Lydia weighed 7 pounds, 3.5 ounces at birth.
