Solange Fernandes da Silva and Geovani Ferreira de Oliveira of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Sarah Fernandes de Oliveira, born Feb. 20 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Sarah weighed 6 pounds, 12.8 ounces at birth.
