Jessica Cardoso Dias and Pedro De Melo Neto of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a daughter, Nicoly Cardoso Melo, born Feb. 23 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Nicoly weighed 6 pounds, 10.2 ounces at birth.
