Next week begins the first ever Island-wide Students for Zero Waste Week. From April 9 to 13 schools will be joining a national movement with an array of activities ranging from litter clean ups to a zero waste photo booth.

Schools will be supported by Island Grown Schools and Vineyard Conservation Society as students research and conduct practical solutions to cut down on waste.
