Pinkletinks, those little frogs with big voices, have been bringing their spring chorus to the Island for the last few weeks. But it’s still a little cold for little ones with even the worst cabin fever to head outdoors to rock out to the pinkletink beat.

Why not head to the West Tisbury library to hear those other Pinkletinks, the band formerly known as Jellybone Rivers and the Maniacs of the Heart. The band featuring Rob Myers performs a rock concert for kids this Saturday, April 14 from 3 to 4 p.m. at the library. The Pinkletinks will perform a set of classic children’s songs in a rock format, at a volume appropriate for children’s ears. The concert is free and open to all ages.

And unlike the frogs, the band might even take requests.
