Is anyone missing two long hair female cats? They were found in the vicinity of Windermere Road in Oak Bluffs. One is black with golden eyes and the other is a gray tabby with a black tail. The tabby is very friendly, while the black is a little more shy but does come around. If you think either of these cats could be your pet please contact the shelter immediately.
One adoption this week: the lovely tabby Zoe has found someone who fell in love with her sweet disposition. Best of luck and many years of happiness.
The cats roaming the cat room include Nesta, a very sweet 14-year-old tuxedo girl who is coming out of her shell and seeking affection more and more. She has perfect tuxedo markings and a cute black spot on her upper lip. Cully is a very handsome gray male Russian Blue with golden eyes who is also on the shy side. He has a lovely personality and will surely blossom in a forever home. He enjoys being held and is quite affectionate. We also have a tabby girl, Holly, needing a forever home. She is looking for someone with the patience to allow her to be herself and set the boundaries. At only five she has a lot of love waiting to come out.
Mel is still looking for that special bunny lover to come and release him from his caged existence. He really needs to hop around and stretch his legs. He is a large white lop-eared rabbit with brindle ears, one of which stands up while the other flops down. He also happens to be neutered. As rabbits go you couldn’t do better than Mel. He’s very friendly, enjoys sitting in a lap and being pet or brushed, and he even talks in quiet grunts. Could you be the one to make Mel’s life complete and give him freedom?
