Felicia Williams-Hart and Bill Hart of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a son, Jaxon Richard Hart, born April 18 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Jaxon weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces at birth. He joins big sister Ella Mae Hart at home.
