Neiva and Bruno Leoncio of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Hannah Gabryelly Gales Leoncio, born on July 28 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Hannah weighed 7 pounds, 2.1 ounces at birth.
