Kara E. Shemeth and Thomas P. Ignacio of Edgartown announce the birth of a son, Peter Shemeth Ignacio, born on Sept. 19 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Peter weighed 8 pounds, 4.5 ounces at birth and joins big brother Samson.
