Renata Pereira Carvalho and Bruno Mendes Carvalho of Tisbury announce the birth of a daughter, Samanta Pereira Carvalho, born on Jan. 6 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Samanta weighed 9 pounds, 9 ounces at birth.
