Jessica McGroarty and Brion McGroarty of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Eleanor Kathleen McGroarty, born on Jan. 22 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Eleanor weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces at birth.
