The Martha’s Vineyard Savings Bank is celebrating its 110th year in business with a new logo and an online timeline that showcases its history.
In January the bank dropped the word savings from its name; it will now be called the Martha’s Vineyard Bank, a press release said.
The bank, which was founded in 1909, also has sponsored a Time Machine in the Vineyard Gazette that chronicles its history.
The bank will host a customer appreciation week from Feb. 19 through Feb. 23, with special activities for customers at all its offices.
More events are planned for the founding anniversary on April 1.
