On July 1, Rev. Dr. Charlotte Wright will start as the new interim minister for the Edgartown Federated Church. Reverend Wright has lived on the Vineyard year-round since 2016 and most recently was the minister for the Chilmark Community Church.

Reverend Wright takes over from Rev. Sharon Eckhardt who stepped in as interim minister following the resignation in February of Rev. David Berube due to health issues. Reverend Wright will preach her first service on Sunday, July 7.

The church will continue the process of calling a new minister.
