The Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank reported revenues of $162,870 for the business week ending on Friday, July 12, 2019. The land bank receives its funds from a two per cent fee charged on many Vineyard real estate transactions.

Much of the land bank revenue last week came from the town of Edgartown, where four transactions resulted in $80,480. Three transactions earned $33,340 in Tisbury. Two transactions generated $19,480 in Oak Bluffs. One transaction resulted in $16,600 in Chilmark. And two transactions earned $12,970 in West Tisbury. No eligible transactions were recorded in Aquinnah.
