Jean Powers and Cole P. Powers purchased 19 Major Cove Lane in Edgartown from the Jennings Family Irrevocable Trust and the Ryan P. Jennings Trust for $835,000 on August 9.

Oak Bluffs

The Asa E. Phillips 3rd Trust and the Shangri-la Real Estate Trust of 2019 purchased 32 Temahigan avenue in Oak Bluffs from the Susan D. Austin Trust, the Allison Davenport Simmons Trust, the Ronald R. Davenport Jr. Trust and the Mac Trust for $3,600,000 on August 8.

Colleen Taylor purchased 10 Paddock Road in Oak Bluffs from William J. Davies and Gregory Fenton for $2,100,000 on August 8.

West Tisbury 

The David A. Crichlow Trust, the Rhonda Crichlow Trust and the Mid-Island Realty Trust purchased 62 Pond Road in West Tisbury from Cole P. Powers and Jean Powers for $1,590,000 on August 9.
