The Port Hunter keeps the scene rolling on Main street in Edgartown with local music and bands from off-Island. On Saturday, August 17, Ward Hayden and the Outliers, formerly known as Girls, Guns and Glory, come to Edgartown with their signature brand of rockabilly tunes. The band said the name change reflects a change in spirit too, going back to their roots for a new album called Can’t Judge a Book.

Ward Hayden and the Outliers goes on at 10 p.m., but the party begins much earlier.

The Port Hunter continues its off-Island music lineup with Crooked Coast on August 24, The Mallet Brothers on August 30 and 31 and Lord Nelson on Sept. 14.
