Danielly de Paula and Oziel Januario, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Ana Julia dos Anjos, born on Sept. 16 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Ana weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounces at birth.
