Julie and Matthew Rodenbaugh, of Edgartown, announce the birth of a daughter, Clare Catherine Rodenbaugh, born on Sept. 12 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Clare weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces at birth.
