Rayssa Lauer and Rafael Milbratz, of Edgartown, announce the birth of a son, Benjamin Hecher Milbratz, born on Sept. 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Benjamin weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces at birth.
