It’s been another good week for adoptions. Kittens Mojo and Scout have both found forever homes. So has the old gentleman Mickey, and the orange boy Muzzie. Let’s keep this trend going.

The only kitten left is Pumpkin, the six-month old orange boy with unusual brown eyes, and that awesome orange male personality. He’s a very active, playful and adventurous boy and would be happiest with an active family.

We’re looking for some true cat lovers who understand the feline psyche. Holly needs a home. She’s been with us for almost two years now and needs a family that will just let her be Holly. She’s been spending time in the lobby of the shelter and is getting much more comfortable with people. Come see if this six-year old tabby cat takes to you.

Tootsie is a six-year-old tabby and white girl. She can be standoffish or friendly depending on how she feels about you.

Thank you to the P.A. Club, Maggie’s Kitchen String Band and everyone who attended our hootenanny celebrating 1,000 Lives, Loves and Tales Friday night. It was a fun evening all around.

If anyone is in need of dog food, we have plenty and are happy to share. And if anyone needs any crates, please stop in to pick some up. And we are always taking jewelry donations for the Garden Party.

We still need adult volunteers to answer the phone and meet and greet people on Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons. If interested give us a call or stop by for more information.
