Randi Sylvia and Thomas Van Hollebeke, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Vida Josephine Van Hollebeke, born on Nov. 9 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Vida weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces at birth.
