Kylee Willoughby and Bradford Rothwell, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Rory Cove Rothwell, born on Nov. 15 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Rory weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces at birth.
