Natalia Oliveira and Jo ã o Paulo Oliveira, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Julia Diniz Oliveria, born on Dec. 21 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Julia weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce at birth.
