Patient Centric of Martha’s Vineyard has donated a supply of nitrile gloves to the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital, according to an announcement from Patient Centric CEO Geoff Rose. The gloves had been purchased for sanitation safety during the medical marijuana cultivation process, Mr. Rose wrote.
While Patient Centric awaits state approval to open on Martha’s Vineyard, Mr. Rose wrote, the closest medical marijuana facilities for the nearly 200 registered patients on the Vineyard are in Wareham and Fairhaven.
Recreational marijuana retailers are closed throughout the state, but medical marijuana dispensaries are allowed to remain open.
