The Dukes County Regional Housing Authority is accepting applications for seven affordable apartments in the newly-renovated Perlman House in Vineyard Haven. Four studios, two one-bedroom apartments and one two-room apartment are available, with utilities included in the rent. The nonprofit Island Housing Trust is the project developer.

Applications are available at the housing authority office, 21 Mechanic Street, Vineyard Haven, online or by phone request at 508-693-4419 or TTY/TTD 771.

Completed applications must be received or postmarked no later than August 14. Income-qualified applicants will be selected by lottery.
