Eleonora Lazarova and Mariyan Rumenov, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a son, David Mariyan Rumenov, born on July 23 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. David weighed 7 pounds, 6.7 ounces at birth.
