Indaia Whitcombe and Sebastian Hiatt, of Chilmark, announce the birth of a daughter, Josephine Rae Whitcombe, born on August 28 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Josephine weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces at birth.
