Evan Kavanagh-Coogan and Patrick Coogan, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Etta Rynn Kavanagh Coogan, born on Sept. 28 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Etta weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces at birth.
