Hailey Rogers and Nathan Francis, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Kingsley Marie Francis, born on Dec. 18 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Kingsley weighed 7 pounds, 7.8 ounces at birth.
