Sandra Moreira and Cezio Siqueira, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Haddassa Gonsalves Siqueira, born on Jan. 11 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Haddassa weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces at birth.
