The Martha’s Vineyard Bank Charitable Foundation is accepting community nominations for a non-profit organization that made a significant impact on Martha’s Vineyard in 2020.
The charitable foundation will award its second annual Community Impact Grant of $2,500 to one organization serving Martha’s Vineyard, according to a foundation announcement.
Nominations are open through March 31, followed by a community voting period from April 15 through May 15. The $2,500 grant recipient will be announced in June.
Each nomination consists of a 500-word essay explaining the extraordinary impact its organization has made to the local community in 2020, and may be accompanied by a video. Nominated nonprofits must be a 501c3 and follow the Martha’s Vineyard Bank Charitable Foundation’s giving guidelines.
