Melanie and Matthew Rivers, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Elizabeth Marie Rivers, born on June 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Elizabeth weighed 8 pounds, 7.6 ounces at birth.
