Yesterday afternoon I meandered my way down RT100 from Stowe, VT to Mehurons Market in the Mad River Valley in Waitsfield, VT to shop at one of my favorite local markets. We've very reluctantly skipped our annual island visit the last couple of years due to the pandemic. And so, I was absolutely delighted and so surprised to find a scrumptious chunk of Grey Barn Farm's "Bluebird" blue cheese in one of our local markets.
