Virginia and Rocco Vitelle, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Kira Rose Clark Vitelle, born on Oct. 1 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Kira weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces at birth.
