Rafaela and Thiago deSouza, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of twin boys, born on Oct. 24 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. At birth, Arthur Miguel Rodrigues deSouza weighed 5 pounds, 4.7 ounces and Lucca Gabriel Rodrigues deSouza weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce.
