Kristen and Jake Geagan, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Phoebe Fern Geogan, born on Oct. 25 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Phoebe weighed 6 pounds, 4.5 ounces at birth.
