Elizabeth and Timothy McHugh, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of twin sons, Leo Timothy McHugh and Lucas Allan McHugh, born on Dec. 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Leo weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces at birth and Lucas weighed 6 pounds.
