Marisa and Garrett Burt, of Oak Bluffs, , announce the birth of a daughter, Cleo Wilhelmina Burt, born on Jan. 9 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Cleo weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces at birth.
