The Edgartown select board approved operating license renewals for three taxi companies at its regular meeting Monday.

MV Taxi, Stagecoach and Adam Cab all had their licenses renewed. Taxi licenses expire each year on April 30; companies have 30 days to get them renewed.

Each company is in good standing, Edgartown police chief Bruce McNamee said. Over the last year there were no incidents to suggest their licenses should not be renewed.

“That’s good news,” board chairman Margaret Serpa said.

The board also approved a slate of reappointments to various town boards and committees. There were reappointments for 19 committees in total, everything from the zoning board of appeals to the sign advisory committee.
