Jaime and Michael Gottlieb, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Eleanor Frances Gottlieb, born on Sept. 1 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Eleanor weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces at birth.
